What You Will Do In This Role

• Sell cruise packages.
• Cross-sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products.
• Provide customer support for
  - booking and booking management.
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management.
• Provide information to customers about destinations, boats, documents, prices, etc.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in Danish (C1).
• Advanced level of English (B2).
• Proved computer skills and diligent work ethic.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skill in multi‑tasking.
