Responsibilities

• Sell cruise packages and related products
• Cross-sell and upsell cruise options
• Provide support for
  - booking and booking management
• Assist travel agents with bookings
• Address customer inquiries about destinations, documentation, pricing, etc.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1 level), both verbal and written
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• Strong computer skills and diligent work ethic
• High attention to detail and
  - solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
