As a Customer Representative and Sales in Portugal (Remote) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement. You’ll also actively participate in ensuring client guidelines, promoting and implementing service improvements for all users.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Sell cruise packages.
• Cross‑sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products.
• Provide customer support for post‑booking and booking management.
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management.
• Support customers with information about destinations, boats, documentation, prices, etc.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in French (C1).
• Advanced level of English (B2).
• Proven computer skills and diligent work ethic.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in multi‑tasking.
