Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote role, with local considerations). Language requirements: Italian (Required).

What You Will Do In This Role

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Customer support for
  - booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Provide information to customers about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and related questions

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1) — verbal and written
• Advanced English (B2)
• Proven computer skills and a diligent work approach
• High attention to detail and
  - solving mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to
  - task effectively
