What you will do in this role

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross‑sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Provide customer support for post‑booking and booking management
• Assist travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Answer customer queries regarding destinations, boats, documentation, pricing, etc.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (verbal and written, C1)
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Proficient computer skills and diligent work ethic
• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multi‑tasking skills
