If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Representative and Sales in Porto, Portugal (On Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, and that we fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. You will have an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross‑sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Provide customer support for post‑booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Answer customer queries about destinations, boats, documentation, prices, and related information

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in Swedish (C1)
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Proven computer skills and diligence
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in multi‑tasking
