You will offer assistance, answers and information to clients in your language. As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for customer questions, supporting the Card Solutions division with telephone and written advice in our contact center in Lisbon. **Your opportunity**Be part of the largest financial company in Europe. - You have an international mindset and you are happy to relocate to sunny Portugal- You are able to work 160 hours a month within weekend shifts of 8 hours a day (working hours are between 7am and 7pm)**Experience in a contact centre role is a plus!**Your day to day at work**:

- Edit questions about the account, username or
- Clarify questions about financial overview and
- Provide information on various Card Solutions
- Assist on the Mobile
- Process reports on lost or stolen cards**Keywords to success**:
