Location: PRT Lisbon – Av. Mediterraneo, N°1, Lisbon, Portugal. Time type: Full-time. Salary: Competitive with performance bonus.

What You Will Do

• Receive telephone calls or chat from clients seeking insurance policy information.
• Process requests via our policy administration system or by sending replies, contracts, and other documents.
• Index and electronically archive documents in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Handle claims and cancellation requests.

Your Qualifications

• High level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a strong team player.
