What You Will Do In This Role

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
• Process the request via a transaction in our client policy administration system or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, contract documents, etc. , to the insured.
• Index and electronically archive documents in our document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details.
• Make claims and cancel requests.

Your Qualifications

• High level of English (C2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
