What you will do in this role

• Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
• Assist suppliers with
  - related questions
• Handle outgoing and incoming calls and emails with suppliers
• Assess the need for escalation
• Connect suppliers with clients when necessary

Your qualifications

• Have a high proficiency in Finnish (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2)
• Possess strong analytical and

• Are proficient in Excel and have good communication skills
• Are autonomous and capable of managing cases from start to finish
