What You Will Do In This Role

• Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
• Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
• Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
• Evaluate the need for escalation
• Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of French and fluent English (C2 - written and oral)
• Have strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
• Are autonomous and able to ensure
  -
  - end delivery of cases.
• Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
