What you will do in this role

• Handle telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policies.
• Process requests via our client policy administration system or by drafting and sending correspondence, documents, etc.
• Perform indexation and electronic archiving using our document management system.
• Manage policy change requests, update payment details.
• Handle claims and cancellation requests.

Your qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Have previous customer service experience (a plus).
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a diplomatic and professional demeanor.
• Are proactive,
  - motivated, and
  - oriented.
