What You Will Do In This Role

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
• Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc. , to the insured.
• Do indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Make claims and cancel requests.

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Have previous customer experience is a plus.
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Are proactive,
  - motivated, and a great team player.
