Assist customers with product features, technical issues, and troubleshooting.

Provide top‑notch customer service via

Be a digital, tech‑savvy professional and actively contribute ideas to enhance user experience and processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Dutch or German native/fluent

+ good command of English (B2).

EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card.

Experience in customer service or digital environments is a plus, but not mandatory.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
