We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who will help fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, including quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvements.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policy.
• Process requests via transactions in the client policy administration system or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, or contract documents to the insured.
• Indexation and electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details.
• Handle claims and cancellation requests.

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Have previous customer experience (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Be proactive,
  - motivated, and a great team player.
