What You Will Do

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
• Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system or by sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc. , to the insured
• Do indexation and electronic archiving in our document management tool
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details
• Make claims and cancel requests

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have previous customer experience (a plus)
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
• Are proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player
