As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Your qualifications:
- High level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent
- solving skills and patience when dealing with users. - Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
