What You Will Do In This Role

• Be in charge of booking management (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations)
• Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
• Help clients with questions about Flight Club service, Vip Service, PRM (personal reduced mobility)
• Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellations, etc. )
• Provide
  - time, accurate information to empower customer decisions
• Exceed service expectations so customers remember and share their positive experience
• Listen to the customer’s unique situation and acknowledge their needs

Your Qualifications

• High level of Spanish (C1) and English (B2) – written and oral
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferential)
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative
