Job Title: Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

At Concentrix, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, achieving high targets in quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage booking operations—creating, canceling, or modifying reservations.
• Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Address customer inquiries about Flight Club service, VIP service, PRM (personal reduced mobility).
• Handle claims (strikes, lateness, cancellations, etc. ).
• Provide real‑time, accurate information enabling customers to make decisions.
• Go beyond expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Listen to unique customer situations and acknowledge their needs.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency C1 and English proficiency B2 (written and oral).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
• Experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or tourism/travel representation.
