What You Will Do In This Role
- Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
- Process requests via a transaction in the client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc. , to the insured.
- Indexation and electronic archiving in the document management tool.
- Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
- Handle claims and cancellation requests.
Your Qualifications
- Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
- Have previous customer experience is a plus.
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
- Are proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player.
