#THECHALLENGE
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English (mandatory);
• Customer service and/or sales support experience a plus;
• Phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating processes enhancements;
• Ideal customer and sales support experience;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices;
• Organized and team player;
• Property market, wealth management or legal background (preferred);

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Clients;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicate with Clients through multiple channels;
• Maintain the daily sales pipeline with sales team;
• Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
• Understand Clients needs and expectations;
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests;
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM;
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
