Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to B2B clients in the
- commerce sector. - Manage requests autonomously and accurately, ensuring
- quality service. - Handle sensitive data in compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations.
- Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve complex cases efficiently.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in
- commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing. - Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Knowledge of
- office tasks or SAP is a plus. - Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
