Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.
Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customers service assistant in this Shared Service Centre. You´ll ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all incoming orders.
Main tasks:
- Manage orders from Nordic customers, focusing on Swedish clients;
- Respond to routine inquiries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and pricing;
- Set up customer accounts and assist in preparing for automation;
- Participate in
- selling and refer customers to appropriate products or services; - Ensure all internal systems and process and compliant on an annual basis.
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service / similar role;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Swedish (native preferred);
- Good oral and written comprehension of Danish;
- English Fluent;
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
- Excel Skills;
- Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
