Responsibilities
- Manage a
- dedicated account portfolio in collaboration with the relevant Accounts Managers. - Work within a pool of market dedicated CSRs, with strong collaboration between business and supply chain.
- Support the Accounts Managers in bringing the requested level of service to customers who could potentially at term grow to become Key Accounts.
- Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and
- up. - Enter and follow up on complaints.
- Manage Customer Specific Requirements in SFDC (Salesforce).
- Sample management in SFDC/SAP.
- Customer request management in SFDC.
- Gain knowledge in the specific markets.
- Participate in some improvement projects.

You will bring
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years experience in a similar position.
- SAP knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
- Acute customer centricity.
- Excellent relational skills.
- Capacity to collaborate and work within a team.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Microsoft Excel and Google tools (plus).
- CRM (SFDC a plus).

Additional information
- Location: Campolide, Lisbon.
- This position is to manage a client portfolio for North America scope, having a fixed schedule from 14h00 to 23h00.
- Hybrid working model (2 times per week at the office).
- Initial
- term contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent one.
