Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
• Provide detailed product information and guide customers through their options
• Offer usage and styling advice to help clients make the most of their luxury items
• Ensure every interaction is followed up and completed to the highest standard

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in French and a good level of English
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required
• Passion for fashion and strong interest in luxury products
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and customer focus
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to work abroad in a multicultural team
