What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat for customer queries that impact business performance.
• Guide customers through the Webshop as part of your role.
• Ensure that data received from customers is accurately and promptly maintained.
• Transfer queries to the appropriate department.

What makes you great

• You have a High School Degree.
• You can communicate effectively by phone and email with customers daily.
• You speak at C2 level of French and B2 level of English.
• You are proactive and focused on responding promptly to actions.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Office Tools is preferred.
• You are able to work in a
  - oriented team.
• You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the company's digital transformation project.
• You can collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation.
