Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will be responsible for resolving customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
• Furthermore, you will change and maintain customer's data on the system
• Ensure that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
• You will ensure good relationship with customers

What makes you great

• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
• You speak at C2 level of French and a B2 level of English is mandatory
• Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action
• SAP and Office tools basic knowledge is preferred
• Able to work in a results oriented team
• Minimum required secondary school

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
