• Resolve customer queries, both simple and complex, to impact business performance.
• Update and maintain customer data within the system.
• Ensure accurate and timely data capture from customers and other Linde departments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Can communicate efficiently via phone and email with customers on a daily basis.
• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• Pro‑active, focused on responding promptly to action items.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Outlook.
• Able to work in a result‑oriented team.
• Minimum education: secondary school diploma.

Employment Details

Full‑time position on a limited contract. Standard weekly working hours: 07:00 – 16:00, with shift work.
