What you will enjoy doing

• You will resolve customer simple andcomplex queries that impact the performance of the business
• Change and maintain customer'sdata on the system
• Furthermore, ensure that the data receivedfrom the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained
• You will ensure a good relationship with customers

• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily
• You speak French at a native level and English fluently
• Pro‑active, focused on responding promptly to action
• You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge
• Able to work in a result‑oriented team
• Minimum required secondary school

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs. This role contains shift.
