Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Manage online orders, returns, and product inquiries
• Provide accurate product information and practical solutions
• Use upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• French: Native/C2 level
• English: B2 level
• Strong communication & problem‑solving skills
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Valid work permit for Portugal

• Base Salary: €900/month (x14 months/year)

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday | 07:00–17:00 (rotational shifts)
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
