Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Porto, Portugal

Employment type: Permanent contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about our products and services.
• Work on process optimization to enhance merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

• Native/fluent in German (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Active listening skills, clarity in explaining products/services, and
  - contact issue resolution.
• Ability to handle stressful situations well.
• Previous experience in contact centers or customer service (preferred).
• Enthusiasm and proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, computers).
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Curiosity and persistence in
  - solving.
• Organized and able to remain calm under pressure.

Offer:

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00-19:00, with potential late shifts until 21:00.
• Days off: 2 days (rotative).
