Your Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care

Provide detailed product information and guide customers through their options

Offer usage and styling advice to help clients make the most of their luxury items

Ensure every interaction is followed up and completed to the highest standard

Your Profile: Native-level fluency in French and a good level of English

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required

Passion for fashion and strong interest in luxury products

Excellent communication, listening skills, and customer focus

Motivated, adaptable, and eager to work abroad in a multicultural team
