Job Description:

• Start date: 29th May
• Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00
• Days off: 2 days (rotative)
• Tasks:

• Providing customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
• Supporting merchants with inquiries about our products and services
• Optimizing processes to increase merchant satisfaction
• Collaborating with other departments such as Sales and Marketing

Profile:

• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (B2)
• Enthusiastic,
  - savvy, and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, or computers
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, and good at
  - solving
• Organized with the ability to remain calm under stress
