What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
• Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
• In this role you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
• In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc. )

What Makes You Great

• Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
• You speak the language required in the specific market (native or C2: Dutch) and English level B1 is preferred
• SAP / ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfill this role
• You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) is preferred
• Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
