French and English-speaking Customer Service Advisors – Lisbon

We’re looking for French and English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon, representing one of the most trusted names in home appliances. This is a 6-month
- term contract (CDD)
- site in Lisbon. You’ll work Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 19:00 on a rotational schedule, with Sunday and one additional day off per week.

Compensation

• 900 €/month (14 payments per year)
• 100 €/month (11 payments per year)
• Annual total: approximately €14, 500
• Plus a special wave incentive of €2, 000

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for the French market: answering inquiries, troubleshooting appliance issues, and ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• French at native or advanced level
• English at B2 level
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills,
  - solving ability, and a
  - first mindset essential
