About This Role
As a Customer Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled. You will be responsible for assisting customers through multiple channels, supporting them with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
