What you’ll do: Collaborate with a dynamic, customer-focused team; Provide multichannel support (phone, chat, and email) to French-speaking customers; Ensure a secure, smooth, and personalized user experience; Use tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word. What we’re looking for: High school diploma (12th grade) – mandatory; French level C1/C2 – mandatory; English level B2 – mandatory; Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus; Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. What we offer: Direct contract with the client; Initial and ongoing training; Base salary + Meal allowance + Language bonus. Meal allowance with the option to receive it via meal card.
