Job Title : Customer Service Agent | English Speaker Digital Marketing

Location : On-site in Lisbon, Portugal (local candidates only, no relocation)

Start Date : 17 July (urgent hiring)

About the Role :

We are hiring English-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team in Lisbon. You will support a major digital advertising platform, assisting clients with their campaigns and ensuring outstanding service.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in paid campaigns and either a degree in Marketing or solid experience in Digital Marketing.

What We're Looking For :

• English level C2 / native (spoken & written)
• Solid experience with paid campaigns (mandatory)

• Must already reside in Lisbon (local candidates only, no relocation provided)
