Job Title: Customer Service Agent | English Speaker Digital Marketing

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal (local candidates only no relocation)

Start Date: Urgent hiring

We are seeking English-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support a major digital advertising platform, assisting clients with their campaigns and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in paid campaigns and either a degree in Marketing or proven relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support a major digital advertising platform and assist clients with their campaigns.

Qualifications

• English level C2 / native (spoken and written)
• Solid experience with paid campaigns (mandatory)
• Degree in Marketing or proven relevant experience in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and
  - oriented mindset
• Must already reside in Lisbon (local candidates only no relocation provided)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or digital
  - oriented business, including at least 1 year in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing
