• Manage incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
• Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Understand the value of good communication skills
• Problem-solve

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written skills in English (C1)
• German knowledge (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
