Customer Service Agent for Expedia – French Speaker

Your responsibilities- Support customers during the booking process by phone, email, or chat.
- Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide guidance and solutions during customers’ vacations.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Generate and manage qualified leads.
- Ensure
- quality customer and client support across multiple areas.
Your profile- Native-level French, with a good level of English (B2+ preferred).
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Motivation, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience.
