- Support customers during the booking process by phone, email, or chat.
- Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide guidance and solutions during customers’ vacations.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Generate and manage qualified leads.
- Ensure
- quality customer and client support across multiple areas.
- Native-level French, with a good level of English (B2+ preferred).
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Motivation, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience.
- Contract : Long-term
- term contract, renewable every year. - Working hours : Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts, depending on the project.
- Salary conditions (2 options):
- With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 040 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month

- Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months
