Job Description
We are expanding and seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join our international service & sales team. Your role will be to ensure our customers receive premium service, encouraging their loyalty and satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries regarding bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
- Assist customers via phone and email with online booking systems, reservations, and problem resolution.
- Provide empathetic and professional advice to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Skills:
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, with clear and understandable communication.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments, with a professional and friendly approach to challenging customers.
- Organizational, communicative, dependable, and able to handle a heavy workload.
- Enjoy working in international teams and exchanging ideas with colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
