Responsibilities

• Support clients’ activities by offering high‑quality service to their customers by phone, e‑mail or social media.
• Provide the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record data in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments, redirecting related cases and issues to related departments.
• Be a team player and participate in the success of the team and project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German, Dutch, or French at a fluent or bilingual level, along with at least a B2 level of English.
• Understanding of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
• Attentive listening skills, and comfort and skillfulness at communicating with people.
• Drive for excellence and professionalism.
• Commitment to teamwork and work responsibilities.
• Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
