Position Overview
Become part of our dynamic,
- dedicated and
- lingual team of Customer Service Agents! We provide telephone and online support services in German, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, French, and English to our business customers, from Monday to Friday. Currently, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our German or French support team. Business proficiency in English is also essential as it is our primary business language. We are open to hiring candidates in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first line support to corporate customers, aiming to solve their technical queries by phone and email.
- Track, collate and respond to customer issues within agreed timescales.
- Escalate and liaise with Technical Support (TS) in Portugal for more complicated cases.
- Work closely with Service Account Managers to help develop, grow and retain customer accounts.
Requirements
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems and customer service procedures.
- Knowledge of supporting users with voice calls, text messages and internet mobile data services.
- A professional telephone manner and call management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in German or French are required.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills - able to take technical information and translate it into easily understandable language for customers.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills - including handling complaints effectively.
- Good teamwork, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills. - Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately.
- Experience gained from roles such as Helpdesk, Customer Service or Call Centre, Mobile Handset support roles, Telecoms sector (GSM and Vo
IP).
Availability
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
