If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will act as a point of contact for our banking company clients and provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
- Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- Have a high level of German (written and oral) (C1)
- Good communication in English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- Problem-solving mindset and be confident at troubleshooting and investigation
