• Manage incoming phone calls efficiently.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.

Your Qualifications

• High level of German (written and oral) – C1.
• Good communication in English – B2.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
• Problem‑solving mindset with confidence in troubleshooting and investigation.
