- Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;

- Know the product/service well;

- Process customer requests and complains;

- Track, documentand retrieve information in call tracking database;

- Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish, and advanced level of English;

- Have 6 months –1 year of customer service experience;

- Have call center experience;

- Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;

- Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;

- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;

- Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);

- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
