Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Assisting customers with their requests via email, phone, and live chat

Collecting and updating customer information

Providing product details on subscriptions, payments, and technical requirements

Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly responses

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card (required)

Native level of French and good English skills

Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service

Interest in new technologies

Strong communication and listening skills

Professional attitude with a drive for excellence

Team-oriented, reliable, and committed

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Fixed-term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts

Salary package (two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months
