Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:

1. Assisting customers via email, phone, and live chat.
2. Collecting and updating customer data.
3. Providing product information regarding subscriptions, payments, and technical requirements.
4. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through appropriate and friendly responses.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed:

• EU Citizenship or valid residency card.
• Native level of French and good level of English.
• Understanding the value and impact of a good customer experience.
• Strong interest in new technologies.
• Attentive listening skills and effective communication abilities.
• Drive for excellence and professionalism.
• Team player committed to your work.
• Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
• Valid Portuguese work permit.
