Customer Service agent in Norwegian

To give customers a consistent path to a great experience, you will:
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
Know the product/service well;
Process customer requests and complains;
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Our client is a great match if you:
Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian, and advanced level of English;
Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;
Have call center experience;
Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);
Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
