Tasks:

As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role involves providing customer assistance to foster and enhance relationships between the company and its users. You will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and that client expectations regarding operational excellence—such as quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement—are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client professionally and enthusiastically.
• Use your automotive and digital product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
  - ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on the client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information.
• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.

Profile:

• German or Danish at C2 level
• English at B2 level
• Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
