Shift:Monday to Saturday -08:00 to 18:00 Rotational

Tasks:

Answer the Client questions, via email.

Support via email after a while you can start receiving some calls.

Work on continuous improvement for client satisfaction.

Skills:

Dutch C2

English B2

Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
